It is known that intracvernous injection (ICI) of vasoactive materials is injected in one side only in either corpora cavernosa and no need for injection in the other side because there is wide communication between the tow corpora specially proximally
There is one exception for this rule, in which the urologist must inject in both corpora
It is in Epispadias
There ic complete separation between them and no communication
It is what i did in a case of erectile dysfunction with history of Epispadias examined yesterday in my clinic.
